Lending of mobile phones
Hotel Icefiord has a number of mobile phones for lending in connection with overnight stays at the hotel. The service is free of charge and mobile access cards worth DKK 100 can be bought in the reception.

Credit cards / Foreign Exchange
We accept Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. When using a foreign credit card (non Greenlandic/Danish) there is a credit card fee of 5,75 % of the paid amount. Additionally we accept the following foreign currency: Euro, Dollars, and UK Sterling.

Internet
All rooms at the hotel have wireless internet connection, and additionally we have 2 computers at your disposal in the reception area. Internet access can be bought in the reception. We charge DKK 30, DKK 50, and DKK 90 for 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours respectively.

Booking of excursions
We are happy to assist you with booking excursions in and around Ilulissat. Please contact our staff for further information.

Airport transfer
Overnight stay at Hotel Icefiord includes airport transfer upon arrival and departure. Please advise flight numbers and time of arrival and departure when you book.

Laundry
Hotel Icefiord offers laundry service. Laundry delivered to the hotel staff before 9 a.m. is clean and ready for pick up after 6 p.m. the same day. Price per wash: DKK 60,- (incl. tumble drying, excl. ironing).
